Acceptance of Terms

By starting a run with the PM Survival bot (@PM_Survival_bot), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, simply don't use the bot. PM Survival — Can You Deliver? is a free text-RPG project-manager simulator provided for education and entertainment.

Service Description

PM Survival is a simulation game that runs inside Telegram. You play the role of a project manager at a small AI startup with 40 days to deliver a product. The bot presents decisions and scenarios, and an AI game master narrates the outcome of each choice. The game is provided "as is" and is intended for entertainment and professional reflection — it is not a substitute for real project-management guidance.

Acceptable Use

While using the bot, you agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or access parts of the service without permission
• Use the bot to target, harass, or abuse other people or their data
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract the bot's underlying systems
• Impersonate, misrepresent, or otherwise use the service for fraudulent purposes

Free Use

PM Survival is free to play. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the bot at any time without notice. No purchases, subscriptions, or in-game payments are required.

Intellectual Property

The PM Survival concept, game design, narrative framework, and branding are the intellectual property of Artem Kuprin. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell the game or its content without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that results of the simulation are accurate predictions of real-world project outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. The bot is a game; real project management always requires human judgment.

Third-Party Terms

PM Survival runs inside Telegram. Your use of the bot is also subject to Telegram's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which you accepted when creating your Telegram account.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page, with the "Last updated" date reflecting the most recent revision. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
