Introduction

PM Survival — Can You Deliver? ("PM Survival") is a free text-RPG project-manager simulator that runs as a Telegram bot (@PM_Survival_bot). We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information the bot processes, how it is used, and what we do — and don't — collect.

Information We Process

To deliver a playable simulation, PM Survival processes the following information while you use the bot:

• Telegram account details — your numeric Telegram user ID and, if you set one, your public display name and username. These are used only to identify your chat and associate it with your run.
• Gameplay decisions — the choices, commands, and messages you send the bot during a run. These are stored to maintain your project simulation state across the 40-day game so you can pause and resume.
• Run state — your current day, project metrics (budget, scope, timeline, team), and progress. This is required for the game engine to compute consequences of your decisions.

What We Don't Collect

PM Survival does not collect payment information (the game is free), contact details, location data, device permissions, or any data from outside your Telegram chat with the bot. We do not sell your data, and we do not train public models on your personal messages.

How Your Information Is Used

The information processed by the bot is used solely to:

• Run and narrate your 40-day delivery simulation
• Compute the consequences of your decisions with the rules engine
• Store your run state so you can pause, resume, or restart the game
• Maintain the bot's reliability and prevent abuse

Data Retention & Deletion

Gameplay data is kept only as long as needed to maintain your run. Sending /restart in the chat wipes your current run state and starts a clean game. You can also request complete deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email below.

Third-Party Services

PM Survival runs inside Telegram, which is operated by Telegram FZ-LLC. Your use of Telegram is governed by Telegram's own privacy policy and terms of service. We do not integrate analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising networks into the bot.

Children's Privacy

PM Survival does not target or knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to the bot, please contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to This Policy

If this privacy policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision.
